1. The vehicles are chauffeurs driven
2. Valid ID or passport shall be required during the reservation
3. Fuel is the responsibility of the hirer (All vehicles come with full tank and must return with full tank)
4. It is the responsibility of the hirer to accommodate the driver for trips outside Kumasi. Alternatively, GHS 80.00 may be given to the driver to search for accommodation per night.
5. A normal working hour is within 12 hours (6am to 6pm). Clients are to inform the office if the vehicle will be used beyond 7pm. Extra charge of GHS199.00 per hour will apply after 7pm.
6. Full payment shall be required for reservation to be confirmed.
7. Reservations, cancellations and re-scheduling should be made at least 24hrs before the trip.
8. Cancellations and re-scheduling made less than 24hrs before the actual trip may attract a penalty of up to 30% of the rental charge.
9. The above rates are exclusive of VAT
10. The above rental payment may be made in cedi equivalent.
11. Daily driver’s allowance is GHS40.00 within Kumasi and GHS50.00  outside Kumasi
12. No third party shall be allowed to use the car after end of trip by client or company.
13. Self-drive options are available which comes with its own conditions (The hirer shall inform the office at least one week).
